Recreation is a staple to beaver life. And nothing says recreation in North America like bowling. When the sport was established in it’s present form in 1895, beavers were there. They lobbied hard for creating the two-handed rule, but ultimately were over ruled. So now only beavers double fist bowl. In standard bowling, however, leaving only the 2-3 pin standing is known as “bowling a beaver”.
